Collection to your spec
Each task is defined with explicit technical requirements: duration, resolution, orientation, format, equipment and the script for the activity. Definitions are versioned, so the spec can evolve without disturbing what has already been collected.
Two layers of quality
Every file goes through an automatic technical check (format, duration, resolution, frame rate and integrity) and then human review against the task instructions. Only what passes both enters the final set.
Provenance and rights
Each clip carries the version of the instruction that produced it, the consent accepted and its version, the capture date and device, plus a fingerprint of the file. That is what lets you show where each item came from and under which rights it may be used.
Delivery
Sets are delivered in a uniform format, with a metadata record per clip and pseudonymous identifiers: by default, the identity of the person who recorded does not travel with the data.
