MAXIMIZA
How it works
See the stages of a contribution, from reading requirements through review and compensation records.
1. Pick a task
Before you accept, every task shows what to record, the minimum and maximum duration, the resolution, the orientation, the accepted equipment, and what an approved contribution pays. You only take the task after reading the instructions and accepting the required documents.
2. Record with your phone
You record with your own phone camera, in the format data buyers expect. When you pick the file, the site checks duration and resolution right away and warns you if anything falls outside the requirements, before spending your data allowance on the upload.
3. Resumable upload
The video goes straight to private storage, in parts. If your connection drops, just pick the same file again: the parts already uploaded are reused and the upload carries on from where it stopped.
4. Technical check
Before anyone watches it, the file goes through an automatic check: format, duration, resolution, frame rate and integrity. If something is off, you get the reason in plain language and can record again.
5. Human review
A reviewer watches the video next to the task instructions and decides to approve, request a retake, or reject. Rejections and retake requests always carry a reason, and you can send again as many times as you need until it is approved.
6. Compensation recorded
On approval, the amount described in the task you accepted is recorded in your account, with a history per contribution. The calculation uses exactly what was shown before you accepted: later changes to the task do not affect what you already took on.
Privacy and deletion
Videos live in private storage, never at a public address. Submissions that are rejected or fail the technical check are deleted automatically after 30 days.
